MY BOY BLUE stalked the pace three wide, took over in the stretch and drew away under steady handling. ROARING STORM outrun early, angled wide rallying into the stretch and battled gamely for the place. YOU'RE READY NOW saved ground off the pace, angled out into the lane then went evenly late. MACHO MCGRATH set the pace inside to the stretch then weakened. ROCKCRUSHER raced wide throughout, made a brief bid after a half then faded. ROCKIN ROAD pursued the pacesetter outside to the stretch then came up empty. LENAPE JIM raced wide and was always outrun. MY APPLE MARTINI chased wide and stopped and was being eased in the final sixteenth. |
