| Race Summary |
|
HALF BLUE pressed early, vied into the turn while
trying to get out slightly, shook clear late in the bend, large lead
a furlong out, lasted. OUT AT NIGHT off the early pace, advanced
four wide through the turn, brushed with a foe upper stretch,
continued to gain late on the winner while under firm handling. HIGH
POINT GIVEN settled off the early pace, came four wide out of the
turn, no match for the top two, well clear for the show.
HEARTBREAKINLOOKS vied up front along the inside, could not keep up
in the drive. HUMBLE JIM within striking distance in the second
flight, had little for the drive. TACHYCARDIA lacked speed,
continued to trail well back into the lane, roused for the drive,
found best stride too late while in some traffic. WONDER NO MORE
with the pace for almost a half outside, brushed into the stretch,
faltered in the drive. CAT GREELEY four wide into and through the
turn, lacked a rally. STUDLEEBOOM was finished after a half. SHOT OF
MAGIC trailed. |
