Race Summary

DISTINCTIVE AFLEET chased pace from outset, responded to take command mid stretch, went gamely to wire when pressure late and held on. FRENCH HIT well back for half, swung six wide into stretch, finished well and gaining on leader in late going while racing mid track. THATS A GOOD THING trailed at the half, moved up along inside leaving far turn, came three wide into lane, finished with solid belated late finish. HE'S BOY WONDER stalked leaders along rail from outset, moved up to look danger mid stretch, weakened. MOONING YOU failed to menace. LYRICAL BUDDHA forwardly positioned along inside early, came four wide into stretch to loom danger, gave way. HOYA was not a factor. STORMY HIGHLAND hustled to front, set pace for half, faded. COLONEL JOE was not a threat. SETTLEMENT OFFER showed little along inside. BECKWITH STREET was outrun. EAGLE HAWK was never close.
