ZOOBSTICK set the pace along the inside, increased
his advantage around the far turn and into the stretch, then was
fully extended to remain clear to the wire. JOEY BLUEEYES stalked
the pace, advanced to reach the attending position on the far turn
but couldn't get to the winner while clearly second best. THREE
MIRACLES unhurried early, moved into contention three wide on the
far turn but didn't do enough late. GOLD HOUSE steadied in traffic
on the first turn, raced in striking position into the far turn,
then tired. FLINT MOUNTAIN well placed to nearing the stretch,
faltered. DE ROODE raced four wide and was not a factor. HOLIDAY
MOMENT tracked the pace along the inside, then was fading when
steadied from tight quarters on the far turn. GOLDEN FLAME chased
the pace for a half mile, then had nothing left.

CLOSETOATEN bobbled at the start, recovered and
rushed up to set pace, led throughout and held sway through the
final furlong under a steady drive. WRIGGLE broke sharp then settled
in down the backstretch, floated five wide around the turn with a
run but could not reach the winner but was clearly second best.
INSURE had good position while never far back, came three wide into
the stretch with no late gain. TRUE HIGH had a troubled trip
throughout, had to steady twice then moved up in the late going
while no real threat in the stretch. RIVER CITY WOMAN chased winner
to the stretch but gave way in the drive. DOWNTOWN DRIFTER was in
tight and checked early, never recovered and dropped back. BELLA BLU
had no speed and only improved position. SISTER TO THE NTH was
through after a half. TRADE WATER LADY failed to menace. MISS KEOKUK
showed no speed from the outset, went widest around the turn while
no threat. JOVIAL MONARCH was outrun. HONOR THE TEMPO was through
early. |

FAST THOUGHT sped to the early lead, angled in and
set the pace inside, dueled on the backstretch and second turn,
fought back in the stretch, inched away under urging in deep stretch
and proved best. SMOOTH AND SAVVY pulled early, stalked inside then
a bit off the rail, bid outside the winner on the backstretch and
second turn, also fought back in the stretch, could not match that
one late but held second. REPETOIRE pulled his way along three deep
then outside a rival, was a bit off the rail into the second turn,
came three deep into the stretch and gained the show late outside.
DEADSHOT KEEN (IRE) pulled early, stalked outside a rival to the
stretch and just missed the show between foes late. CHANCELLOR
chased between horses then inside on the backstretch and second turn
and also was edged for third. SELF INSURED saved ground chasing the
pace, continued inside and lacked the needed rally. VICTORIAN PRINCE
(IRE) forced wide into the first turn, angled in on the backstretch,
came out into the lane and could not offer the necessary response.
SEISMIC THUNDER pulled inside then lugged out into the first turn,
chased off the rail or outside, came three deep into the stretch and
did not rally,. ECHEZEAUX angled in and saved ground off the pace
and was outrun. |

LADY HILLINGDON forced the pace from early on while
four or five wide, took over just after a half, drew clear, widened
when roused and was eased up very late as much the best. RAPOSA
raced in behind horses to the lane, angled between foes four wide
and was all out to earn the place. WRIGGLE, outsprinted early and
near the inside, came out seven wide for the drive and managed a
mild gain. INDIAN HALLOWEEN moved near the inside on the turn, eased
out four wide for the last eighth and improved position. LENAWEE,
sluggish to begin and squeezed back, made a menacing five wide run
leaving the turn but flattened out in the late going.
GOOSEONTHEROCKS moved to the front two wide, made the pace while
dueling until the final quarter and faltered. SNEAK A DRINK was
outrun to the lane and passed tired foes. SONG OF SONGS failed to
threaten and was eight wide in the stretch run. NADESHIKO raced
forwardly between foes for a half and tired. MAGNA HEART vied for
the early lead between foes three or four wide and faded upon going
a half. |

RASGADO had speed between horses then dueled
outside a rival on the turn, inched away past midstretch, lugged in
and won clear under a left handed crack of the whip and good
handling. CORONAS AT DELMAR stalked between horses then three deep
on the turn and into the stretch and just got the place. RAZOR CUT
had speed between foes then pressed the pace inside, could not match
the winner in the final furlong and lost second late. CONCINNITY
chased a bit off the rail then between horses leaving the
backstretch, angled in on the turn, came out in the stretch and
lacked the needed rally. SEATTLE G settled off the rail then
outside, went three deep on the turn, angled in alongside a rival
nearing the stretch, found the rail in late stretch and was not a
threat. LETHAL DOSE stalked inside, fell back some on the turn,
continued inside in the stretch and did not rally. BABY GOTHAM
prompted the pace three deep then stalked outside a rival on the
turn, was between horses into the stretch and weakened. BYE BYE
BUBBA chased between horses then a bit off the rail on the turn and
lacked a response in the stretch. TOP FLASH broke a bit inward and
steadied, dropped back off the rail, angled in on the turn and was
outrun. |

| Race Summary |
|
BROTHER NORM was sent along to get position behind
the early leaders, rallied on the turn then swung out to be four
wide in upper stretch and was in a long drive to draw off in late
stretch. RARE FLYER pressed the early pace while racing two wide,
rallied on the turn to lead between calls then was in a hard drive
but was no match for the winner in late stretch. FLASH JONES chased
the early pace then rallied three wide on the turn, made a strong
bid to mid stretch but came up empty in late stretch. UNCLE WACO was
unhurried early then raced three wide on the turn and made a mild
rally in the stretch but was no threat. BORDER TOWN raced four wide
on the turn and failed to respond in the stretch. ITHINKIAMAWINNER
was unruly in the gate breaking opened the stall doors, was settled
then set to the front right at the break, was hard used and gave way
in the stretch. ASK RADAR raced on the inside on the turn and was no
factor. ASK FOR ANYTHING showed brief speed and stopped.
AUTHENTICALLY showed brief foot then stopped and was being eased up
in deep stretch. |

|
AWSUGAHNOW settled in hand four wide early, fanned
six wide leaving the turn, edged in a bit to go after the leaders,
reached the front a furlong out and drove clear under strong
handling. STARS PORTENT, always well placed and between horses three
or four wide, was not a match for the winner in the late going while
gamely earning the place. PURE STAR, up close inside early, moved
three wide, gained even terms for the lead between horses in the
upper stretch but couldn't sustain the needed momentum. LEISURE,
within striking distance and five wide, was empty when the test
came. STAR OF LUVINA, within easy striking distance along the inside
to the stretch, eased out three or four wide for the drive but
lacked a response. LILLY CARSON sprinted clear two wide, made the
pace to the stretch and faltered. HIGH CHOLESTEROL drifted out at
the start bumping CASCADE ROSE, forced that one out on TALE OF THE
QUEEN, was outrun to the lane, continued well off the inside and
wasn't a threat. SWEET DIECISEIS tracked the pace four or five wide
to the stretch, came out wider and weakened. TALE OF THE QUEEN,
bumped at the start by CASCADE ROSE when that one was forced out,
moved near the inside and wasn't a factor. CASCADE ROSE hopped while
breaking slowly, was bumped by HIGH SCHOLESTEROL and forced out on
TALE OF THE QUEEN, then never menaced. |

GOLD HOUSE , patiently rated while saving ground,
angled out mid turn, advanced in hand between foes in upper stretch,
responded to strong urging through the final furlong, closed
determinedly and was along in the final strides. PRINCE OF IRON held
an early lead three wide, stalked the pace around the turn, lodged a
bid to even terms in upper stretch, dueled on a slim lead past the
furlong marker, battled gamely and just failed to contain the
winner. SPIRIT WARRIOR lodged a rail bid nearing the three quarter
pole, moved to a clear lead around the far turn, was joined in upper
stretch, dueled through the final furlong and stayed on well.
DEMPSEY stalked the pace off the rail and faded. CRESCENTANDWILLARD
, bumped at the break, vied between rivals early, saved ground
chasing the pace around the turn then faded in the drive. THUNDER
WOLF moved up in hand nearing the five furlong marker, angled out
near the half mile marker, circled the turn and tired in upper
stretch. |

| Race Summary |
|
RICH HERO went up early to track front-running
READY IN THE MORN four wide in hand, moved steadily to take over in
the upper stretch, drew clear and was under mild encouragement to
hold sway. DIXIE DECISION, unhurried early, raced in behind foes,
advanced between horses three or four wide into the final furlong
and was all out to earn the place. SIR JOCK, up close early, settled
three or four wide, angled to the rail for the final furlong and
couldn't make up the difference. BOSS LAFITTE stalked the pace four
or five wide, raced within easy striking distance into the final
furlong and came up empty. READY IN THE MORN gained the lead inside
early, drew off three wide entering the backstretch, showed the way
to the head of the stretch and faltered in the drive. OLDHAM raced
near the inside and was empty. CORNWHISKEY broke awkwardly, leaned
in bumping CAUSATION, raced in a striking position between foes
three or four wide to the stretch and weakened. CAUSATION, bumped at
the start by CORNWHISKEY, raced three wide most of the way and never
threatened. SPLISH never was prominent. SOTTOMARINO broke slowly and
was always outrun. |

| Race Summary |
|
TURN AWAY tracked the pace in hand four or five
wide, swept to the front when ready leaving the turn, drew off,
drifted out at the last eighth and widened when ridden out. FAIR
ROSE, near the inside and within striking distance to the upper
stretch, was no threat to the winner while clear for the place.
ROMAN FOOLER raced in contention four five wide from the outset, was
just off the winner in the upper stretch and came up empty. WRIGGLE
edged in early to race four wide, maintained a contending position
to the upper stretch and flattened out in the drive. ACCOPELA CHOIR,
outrun to the lane, improved position but never menaced. DREAMFUL,
four or five wide, had no rally. ON YOUR KNEES went evenly. SALINO
gained a slim lead near the inside early while dueling with
SAYITPAYIT, battled with that one for a half and weakened gradually
soon after. SAYITNPAYIT dueled for the lead from early on while
outside of SALINO, reached the front just after going a half, held
on well until the stretch and tired. ALIBI BABY was outrun. BEE A
INDY was slow to start and showed nothing. |

DIXIE DECISION unhurried, moved between horses
around the turn to reach contention, rallied clear in the stretch
and lasted to the wire under good handling. DU PARS set a pressured
pace to deep stretch but was outfinished late. AWESOME AFFAIR
pressed the pace, made a bid around the turn but flattened out in
the drive. BEAUTIFUL YOU reserved early, moved up through the
stretch with a mild late gain. BOLD INITIATIVE had a four wide trip
throughout and lacked a closing kick late. MYTHICAL HUNTER had a
rail trip but failed to respond through the stretch. GO WEST BERT
failed to menace. ACTING OUT was no real threat.. MORE THAN A REASON
was outrun. THE RARE COMMANDER showed good speed for a half from the
rail and gave way. MOON TIGER was never a menace.

CROWN CASINO dueled on the outside, inched clear
entering the final furlong and held under strong urging. WILD
REPUTATION dueled on the inside of CROWN CASINO, lost touch with
that rival entering the final furlong and tired while able to hold
the place. BURRITO BANDIT lacked early speed, raced three then four
wide on the turn and finished well but reached his best stride too
late. WISHINSKI was urged along while off the pace, raced three wide
on the turn and finished willingly. DESIGN BUILD bumped with a rival
after the start, was ridden along while off the pace and failed to
rally. SIR PRIZE U bumped with a rival at the start, was hard ridden
on the outside, raced four wide on the turn and came up empty.
DEVINE RED BIRD bumped with a rival after the start, chased the pace
on the inside and gave way. SIDE ONE chased the pace in the second
flight and faded. HERE'S TO U BUSTER broke inward and bumped with a
rival, was void of speed, raced three wide on the turn and showed
little. THRILLIGAN was always outrun. |

DIRTY DISH MITCH pulled his way along and steadied
into the first turn, stalked inside, bid between horses on the
second turn and three deep a quarter mile out, took the lead, kicked
clear in the stretch and drew off under a steady hand ride. THREE
PARK NIGHT steadied behind the winner into the first turn, chased
inside, bid along the rail into the stretch and held second.
CULTURED had speed between horses then set a pressured pace inside,
inched away briefly on the backstretch, dueled between foes leaving
the second turn, continued between rivals in the final furlong and
just edged a foe for third. CHANGE YOUR MASK pulled hard under a
hold, stalked outside, bid three deep on the backstretch and again
on the second turn, was four wide passing the quarter pole and three
wide into the stretch and was edged for the show. STALEMATE pulled
between horses then chased off the rail or outside a rival, came
three deep into the stretch and lacked the needed rally. MONOMONAC
PLAYBOY prompted the pace outside a rival then stalked a bit off the
rail, drifted out and dropped back on the second turn, angled in
leaving that turn and weakened. |
