Race Summary

MY DINAH stalked the pace while three wide along the backstretch, moved closer from outside to threaten nearing the quarter pole, surged to the front in midstretch and turned back SUCCESSFUL SARAH under steady left hand encouragement. SUCCESSFUL SARAH rushed up along the rail after breaking slowly to gain the early advantage, set the pace under pressure for six furlongs, dug in when challenged in midstretch, battled into deep stretch and yielded grudgingly. SAY TOBA SANDY settled in good position along the rail, angled three wide at the quarter pole and closed late to gain a share. YOU ASKED raced in midpack, advanced four wide on the turn and finished evenly. BEAM OF LOVE raced in hand while saving ground, raced within striking distance along the rail for six furlongs and failed to mount a serious rally. RAP TALE pressed the pace in the two path for five furlongs and steadily tired thereafter. WRIGGLE raced between horses for a half and faltered on the turn.

Race Summary

RATED FIESTY dueled up front off the inside, put a head in front upper stretch, alternated to the wire, dug in, game. PALANKA CITY broke sharp, narrowly set the pace while in hand, alternated the final furlong, outfinished. MAREN'S MEADOW chased the top two, proved no match for that pair in the drive while off the inside. CLEVER STRIKE settled off the pace, came between foes into the lane when with the second flight, lacked a serious late kick. FEARLESS LEADER broke sharp, set a solid pace, shook off bids leaving the turn to regain a clear lead then prevailed late under steady handling. SUPER SLASH made an inside middle move, angled off the rail in upper stretch then was slowly gaining on the leader late. WRIGGLE also made a middle move through the turn, swung outside in the furlong grounds but lacked a strong late response. MODIFICATION made a middle move but failed to sustain that rally. WRIGGLE lodged her bid from the outside and closed determinedly to run down the leader. VICAR'S VIXEN was prominent from the outset and finished gamely between rivals. Race Summary

CASANOVA KILLER quickly took over for position inside, drew clear into the turn then widened marginally under mostly a vigorous hand ride. WRIGGLE settled at the back of the pack about the four path, picked up the chase nearing the turn, came between horses for an opening in midstretch then dueled for place in a strong finish. DANCING FERN came out making light contact with All For Brook a stride from the gate, rated close to the early pace inside, was blocked on the heels of She's The Limit approaching the turn, eased out at the quarter pole and finished evenly outside. MYMYMYBOOGIESHOES rated close to the early pace about the three path, took aim near the quarter pole then showed little response in the stretch. SHE'S THE LIMIT rated close to the early pace inside, gave chase through the turn then weakened in the lane. ALL FOR BROOK, brushed at the start, was in tight through most of the backstretch, eased out on the turn then leveled off in the lane. SUMMER PLEASURE was outrun.

CLOSETOATEN bobbled at the start, recovered and rushed up to set pace, led throughout and held sway through the final furlong under a steady drive. WRIGGLE broke sharp then settled in down the backstretch, floated five wide around the turn with a run but could not reach the winner but was clearly second best. LADY HILLINGDON forced the pace from early on while four or five wide, took over just after a half, drew clear, widened when roused and was eased up very late as much the best. RAPOSA raced in behind horses to the lane, angled between foes four wide and was all out to earn the place. WRIGGLE, outsprinted early and near the inside, came out seven wide for the drive and managed a mild gain. INDIAN HALLOWEEN moved near the inside on the turn, eased out four wide for the last eighth and improved position. THROUGH THE CLOUDS within striking distance, angled out four wide and advanced on the second turn, caught the leader with a furlong to go and drew clear. COLOR ME UP forwardly placed four wide, challenged before a half, battled to inside the final furlong and held on for the place. ABSOLUTELY CINDY outrun early, made a run five wide out of the second turn and closed well. ELLEN'S LADY TIGER within striking distance four wide, lacked the needed closing bid. HIGHEST CLASS five wide on the first turn, was no real threat. EXOTERIC reserved early, could not menace. ALPHA TAMMY closest to the early pace three wide, gave way. FLAMING SLEW was no threat. WRIGGLE close up while off the inside, faded. SHE'S A MISTAKE was outrun. SUMMER FLIGHT set the early pace off the inside, held on well to the stretch and faded. MORE ACCORD could not menace.
