MACHO MON dueled on the inside of rivals, inched
clear midway through the turn and drew off under strong hand urging.
DAY ROSE dueled on the outside then three wide on the turn and
proved no match for the winner while able to hold the place. STORM
PIRATE unseated the rider behind the gate and ran loose for a
quarter-mile, bumped with a rival at the start then was hustled,
showed speed between horses then chased the pace, saved ground on
the turn and tired while able to get the show. SHED ROW SISTER came
in after the start, dropped to the rear of the field, raced off the
rail on the turn and failed to threaten. WHOSETHECLOWNNOW dueled
between rivals, chased the winner into the stretch and faded. SET
SAIL SAL was forced in after the start, settled off the pace, was
urged along on the turn and failed to respond. ZEKES FORTUNE bumped
with a rival at the start, was forced in early on the backstretch
then steadied, raced on the outside while urged along, went three
wide on the turn and was no factor. |

HOPE'S HONOUR set the pace from the start, was
headed in mid stretch and was roused strongly to regain the lead and
drew off in late stretch. CHARMING BAY rallied three wide on the
turn making a strong bid to mid stretch where got a head in front
then lugged in badly in late stretch. BEYOND HOUSTON bobbled at the
start then was hustled along to raced two wide on the turn then made
a mild rally in the stretch but was no threat to the top two. SHED
ROW SISTER on the inside and saving ground on the turn and lacked a
rally in the stretch drive. DAWN AND AL'S GIRL was hustled along
from the start then raced two wide on the turn to make a bid then
gave way in the stretch. SISSY SENT raced two wide on the turn and
was no factor. STORMIN' RAIN was outrun. REDHOTJACKPOT chased the
early pace while inside, was used up and stopped badly on the turn
and was distanced in the stretch. |

late stretch. SUPERIOR THIEF chased the early pace while racing two
wide then rallied on the turn to gain command in in upper stretch
but could not last in late stretch. SUSAN'S FANCY set the early pace
and drew off into the turn then weakened in the drive. HOT TUNE
rallied three wide on the turn making a bid then raced evenly in the
stretch. SHED ROW SISTER raced three wide on the turn then made a
mild rally while four wide in the stretch but was no menace. STREAK
OF LUCK chased the early pace while two wide, was used up and gave
way. FAVORITE SENORITA raced two wide on the turn and was no threat.
MISS AUNT CAT raced on the inside and saved ground on the turn then
faltered. ERLY PROSPECT was no factor. GENERAL ASSERTION was no
factor. GLORY FLIGHT showed brief foot then stopped.

stretch while clearly best. SHED ROW SISTER broke in at the start
and bumped with TREETOPPERS LASSIE then was settled, rallied three
wide on the turn and was gaining ground willingly in late stretch
but was unable to catch the winner. POLISH HELLO pressed the pace
while two wide then dropped back on the turn and came again in late
stretch. TALON NOIR was settled then rallied along the inside on the
turn making a bid then faltered in the stretch drive. HAMMER'S
SECRET raced evenly and failed to menace while racing two wide on
the turn. SET SAIL SAL broke a step slow then was taken up off
rivals heels soon after the start then was factor. TREETOPPERS
LASSIE was bumped at the start by SHED ROW SISTER then was squeezed
on the run done the backstretch and was no threat. ONE BAD MEDICINE
was outrun. A jockeys claim of foul was lodged by the rider of SET
SAIL SAL against the rider of SHED ROW SISTER for interference at
the start. After reviewing the film's, the steward's took no action.

MAJESTIC PALACE pressed the early pace then chased
the solo leader, saved ground on the turn, took the lead at the top
of the stretch, edged clear outside the furlong marker and held
under strong right hand urging. GIN LIZZY veered in at the start and
bumped with a rival, chased the pace from third, drifted three then
four wide on the turn, came in a bit near the sixteenth-pole and
lacked the needed response while well clear for the show. SHED ROW
SISTER was forced in badly at the start, raced towards the back of
the field, saved ground on the turn, shifted out near the furlong
marker and failed to threaten. ITHINKIAMAWINNER broke outward and
bumped with a rival, showed good speed, moved clear passing the
half-mile pole, dictated terms while three wide on the turn, lost
the lead at the top of the stretch and faded. ROLL TOOTSIE ROLL was
bumped on both sides at the start, drifted out early, raced five
wide on the turn and came up empty. I SEA ICE was bumped at the
start and forced in badly, raced well back in the field, took a bad
step nearing the wire and pulled up in distress then was vanned off.
BLAZING FACE broke inward and bumped with a rival, was carried out
early, raced six wide on the turn and faltered.

|
EARLY ON bumped with a rival after the start,
showed good speed, dueled on the outside then three wide on the
turn, shook clear inside the quarter-pole, extended the lead in
upper stretch and held under strong urging. HONOR JONES showed good
speed then chased the pace, raced three wide on the turn and
finished willingly while second best. TOTALLY BUSTED showed good
speed, dueled between rivals, dropped out nearing the quarter-pole
and tired but caught CAUGHTCHALOOKIN for the show. CAUGHTCHALOOKIN
moved through on the inside to take the lead then was taken in hand,
dueled inside through the turn and weakened. MISS NET broke a bit
slow, raced near the middle of the field, saved ground on the turn,
moved out in upper stretch and failed to rally. SHED ROW SISTER came
out at the start, was urged along on the outside, raced three to
four wide on the turn and failed to threaten. SPRING OF LIFE bobbled
at the start, was beaten for speed, raced off the rail on the turn
and failed to respond. JOAN'S RED BIRD was a bit reluctant to load,
lacked early speed, raced four wide on the turn and was no factor.
POLISH HELLO broke outward and bumped with a rival, showed no speed
and was outrun. |
