leader in the final furlong and edged clear at theend. KOBECAT vied
for the lead from the outset and was not quite good enough late. NOT
A SINNER broke alertly to be forwardly placed and went evenly in the
final furlong. SAGUARO FLATS prompted the pace and lacked the needed
closing response. MILT'S SNACK SHACK lacked a solid rally. CHEVRON'S
IMAGE failed to threaten. IMPERIAL GIN was outrun. SMOOTH LOVE
dueled for the early lead then tired. DIGG'EM DEEP JACK showed

comfortable lead to the furlong marker then held a safe margin under
steady handling. R B ENCORE chased three wide, was no match for the
winner but outfinished the rest. NOT A SINNER made a middle move
through the turn, angled to the middle of the track after a half
then lodged a mild late bid. MYSTIC HARBOR broke slowly then passed
tiring rivals. SAGUARO FLATS raced close up inside for a half then

MY CHARMING CLYDE bore in and bumped ROCK IN ROCK
OUT at the break, recovered to duel inside to the stretch then drew
off when asked and was ridden out to prove clearly best. SAGUARO
FLATS made a three wide middle move then rallied late to gain the
place while no match for the winner. R B CURTAIN CALL chased the
winner much of the way then weakened late. BETTY'S JOHN DE passed
tiring rivals. HIGHLY DISCREET raced evenly. EVENTFUL STORM dueled
early then faded in the drive. ROCK IN ROCK OUT was roughed up at
the break. BIG BAD BEN was no factor. MCKENZIE FRIEND stopped.
