|
VICTORIAN PRINCE (IRE) stalked early then bid
outside a rival on the hill and dueled for the lead, inched away on
the final turn, fought back when headed in upper stretch, regained
the lead along the rail and gamely prevailed under urging. SUPER
STRUT chased outside a rival then three deep nearing the final turn,
moved up outside, bid alongside the winner leaving that turn,
briefly put a head in front in upper stretch, fought back through
the stretch and was outgamed. BOOMING COMPS settled a bit off the
rail, moved up inside on the backstretch and last turn, split rivals
into the stretch and finished well. CAPT. SPARROW sped to the early
lead in a quarter mile in :24.52 then dueled inside, fell back some
leaving the final turn and weakened some. REPETOIRE pulled a bit
early then chased inside, came out on the last turn and three deep
into the stretch, drifted in some and lacked the needed rally.
WESTERLY MAGIC chased outside a rival then inside, came a bit off
the rail nearing the final turn, angled out four wide into the
stretch and could not summon the necessary late response. TISSY FIT
came off the rail on the hill and chased outside a rival, went three
deep in the stretch the first time, angled in on the backstretch and
lacked a response in the stretch. CUT TRAIL chased outside a rival,
dropped back leaving the backstretch, angled in on the second turn,
gave way and was eased in the stretch. Rail on hill at zero.

CHANCELLOR stalked the pace off the rail, bid
between horses and dueled for the lead, took a short advantage into
the stretch, fought back between rivals then inside the runner-up
and gamely prevailed under urging, then did not return to be
unsaddled but was walked off. SUPER STRUT close up stalking the pace
outside a rival, split horses on the second turn, came three deep
into the stretch, bid outside foes in midstretch and went willingly
to the wire. BOOMING COMPS pulled his way along inside then between
foes on the first turn, steadied into the backstretch, continued off
the rail, came out three deep into the stretch and finished well.
REPETOIRE settled outside a rival, went three deep on both turns and
into the stretch and finished with some interest. EXCLUSIVE DANIELLE
(GB) took the early lead and set the pace inside, dueled along the
rail on the backstretch and second turn, fought back in the stretch
but weakened in the final furlong. MAN TO MAN saved ground stalking
the pace, came out a bit into the stretch and lacked the needed
response. MINISTER BLAIR stalked the pace outside, bid three deep on
the backstretch and into the second turn, was between foes leaving
that turn and also weakened. STARCAST saved ground chasing the pace,
steadied into the backstretch, remained inside and did not rally.
FOREIGN angled in and saved ground off the pace, advanced inside
then outside a rival on the backstretch, went three deep on the
second turn and four wide into the stretch and lacked a further
response. MISSISSIPPIAN (IRE) chased outside a rival then inside,
went outside a foe again on the second turn and weakened. MONASTERY
SCANDAL chased between foes then inside, broke down on the first
turn. Rail on hill at zero. |

fought back in the stretch, inched away under urging in deep stretch
and proved best. SMOOTH AND SAVVY pulled early, stalked inside then
a bit off the rail, bid outside the winner on the backstretch and
second turn, also fought back in the stretch, could not match that
one late but held second. REPETOIRE pulled his way along three deep
then outside a rival, was a bit off the rail into the second turn,
came three deep into the stretch and gained the show late outside.
DEADSHOT KEEN (IRE) pulled early, stalked outside a rival to the
stretch and just missed the show between foes late. CHANCELLOR
chased between horses then inside on the backstretch and second turn
and also was edged for third. SELF INSURED saved ground chasing the
pace, continued inside and lacked the needed rally. VICTORIAN PRINCE
(IRE) forced wide into the first turn, angled in on the backstretch,
came out into the lane and could not offer the necessary response.
SEISMIC THUNDER pulled inside then lugged out into the first turn,
chased off the rail or outside, came three deep into the stretch and
did not rally,. ECHEZEAUX angled in and saved ground off the pace
and was outrun. |

WHATA YA MEAN chased between foes then outside a
rival, continued inside on the second turn, was in a bit tight a
quarter mile out, came out into the stretch and again in upper
stretch, rallied under urging to the lead in deep stretch and proved
best. AMERICAN IMPERIUM stalked off the rail, bid alongside a rival
leaving the backstretch and on the second turn and in the stretch,
was between foes in deep stretch and held second. BRONZINO sped to
the early lead, set the pace inside, dueled along the rail leaving
the backstretch, on the second turn and in the stretch and was edged
for the place. CASUAL THUNDER saved ground stalking the pace,
continued inside in the stretch and could not summon the necessary
late response. CHEROKEE HEAVEN three deep into the first turn,
stalked outside a rival, came out some in the stretch and lacked the
needed rally. REPETOIRE four wide into the first turn, chased three
deep then off the rail, angled in on the second turn and lacked a
further response. |

BLUES STREET stalked a bit off the rail then
between horses, came out three deep into the stretch and rallied
under urging to get up late. MIND THE MINISTER chased outside, went
three deep on the backstretch and second turn and four wide into the
stretch, gained the lead nearing midstretch, kicked clear but was
caught late. RELENTLESS PURSUIT unhurried outside a rival then
inside, came out on the second turn and four wide into the stretch
and gained the show. MOSTACOLLI MORT chased outside a rival then
between foes, continued between horses in the stretch and was edged
for third. REPETOIRE saved ground stalking the pace, came out in
upper stretch, continued between foes and could not offer the
necessary late kick. FOREST LAIR angled in and settled off the pace
inside then a bit off the rail, went three deep on the second turn
and five wide into the stretch and lacked the needed rally.
BLUEGRASS HILL (IRE) off a bit slowly, settled just off the rail
then outside a rival, went three deep into the stretch and between
rivals through the drive. DELTA HOUSE stalked outside then three
deep on the backstretch and second turn and weakened. WISH ME WELL
settled a bit off the rail then inside, came out some past
midstretch and could not offer the necessary response. ASTERI pulled
his way to the early lead, drifted out into the first turn, angled
in and set the pace inside but weakened in the stretch. FLAWLESS
FINISH four wide early, stalked off the rail, bid between horses on
the backstretch, continued just off the inside on the second turn
and also weakened. PRIVATE WIND rank between horses early, stalked
off the rail then bid three deep on the backstretch, continued
between foes on the second turn and had little left for the stretch.

stretch and gained the show. RELENTLESS PURSUIT angled in and chased
outside a rival, swung out into the stretch and put in a late bid at
a minor award. MONTE BAJO (FR) broke slowly, pulled inside early,
saved ground off the pace, took up sharply into the second turn,
came out into the stretch and found his best stride late. BLUEGRASS
HILL (IRE) saved ground chasing the pace, continued toward the
inside in the stretch and could not summon the necessary response.
DELTA HOUSE pulled early, settled inside chasing the pace, came out
into the stretch and did not rally. STORMS OF LIFE sped to the early
lead, angled in and set the pace inside, dueled along the rail into
and on the second turn and to midstretch, then weakened. WARREN'S
LEMONADE broke slowly, drifted out into the first turn, chased
outside then three deep, continued outside a rival on the second
turn, came out into the stretch and was not a threat. GRECIAN SPUR
close up stalking the pace three deep to the stretch, weakened. WISH
ME WELL angled in and chased outside a rival then between horses on
the backstretch, broke down behind and fell early on the second

|
LADDIES POKER a bit slow to begin, pulled his way
along outside foes then angled in on the first turn, moved up inside
on the second turn, came out leaving that turn, bid three deep into
the stretch to gain the lead and pulled clear under some urging.
BERKELEY CASTLE angled in and saved ground off the pace, came out in
upper stretch, split rivals past midstretch and gained the place.
REPETOIRE settled inside then a bit off the rail, went outside a
rival into and on the second turn and gained the show between foes
late. MORE SHINE angled in and stalked outside a rival, bid three
deep on the backstretch, continued off the inside into and on the
second turn, came out into the stretch and weakened. BAD BOY stalked
inside then a bit off the rail, bid between horses on the
backstretch and outside a rival on the second turn, was between foes
again into the stretch and also weakened. STORMS OF LIFE sped to the
early lead and angled in, set the pace inside, dueled along the rail
on the backstretch and second turn, fought back into the stretch but
weakened. REGAL STEED angled in and saved ground chasing the pace
and did not rally. FOLIO settled off the pace inside, came out into
the stretch and failed to menace. MELLOW CAMMIE broke inward, saved
ground without early speed and did not rally. ESOTERIC THINKER
angled in and settled outside a rival, came out into the stretch and
was outrun. UPJUMPDABOOGIEMAN between foes early, chased outside a
rival, dropped back fast between foes nearing the second turn and
gave way readily. |
