Race Summary

LA ESTRELLITA was away awkwardly, settled towards the rear of the field, shifted five wide nearing the five-sixteenths pole, continued five wide into the stretch, closed well while lugging in and prevailed under left hand urging. TOOSWEETFORWORDS settled on the inside, moved off the rail near the quarter-pole, came three wide into the stretch, shifted out near the furlong marker and closed well but failed to overtake the winner. DANZIG QUEEN set the pace through moderate fractions, responded well when set down on the far turn, lost the lead near the sixteenth-pole and weakened while able to hold the show. MARGARITA MISTRESS was well placed just off the pace, chased while off the rail on the far turn and came up empty. GOLD FOLLEY bumped with a rival at the start, raced three to four wide on the first turn, was forwardly placed on the outside, chased three wide on the far turn, drifted four wide into the stretch and gave way. MADISON COUNTYGIRL broke outward and jostled with a rival, was rated just behind the leader, chased while saving ground on the far turn and also came up empty. DANCEWITHMEHONEY raced three wide on the first turn, lingered towards the rear of the field, saved ground on the far turn and failed to rally. STORMIN MOON bumped with a rival at the start, raced four then five wide on the first turn, lagged well back in the field, went four wide on the far turn, floated six wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. OLA BOO BOO broke awkwardly then bumped with a rival, settled off the pace and failed to respond. LOU'S BLUE raced four wide on the first turn, dropped to the rear on the backstretch, went three then four wide on the far turn and showed little. GOLD ZETA leaned out at the start, raced four to five wide on the first turn, advanced outside on the backstretch, came up empty while four wide on the far turn and stopped then was not urged late. UNCOMMON JEWELL bumped with a rival after the start and was through early.

Race Summary

DIAMOND FROST bobbled at the start then bumped with a rival, raced three wide early on the first turn then dropped to one off the rail, prompted the pace down the backstretch, vied between rivals while three wide on the far turn, battled gamely in the stretch and narrowly prevailed under left hand urging.
