AGNES THE GREAT set the early pace, was joined by
MS JANUS near the half-mile pole, vied outside of that rival on the
turn, inched clear near the quarter-pole, extended the lead in upper
stretch and maintained a safe advantage under steady handling.
LONESOME HILL came out at the start, settled on the outside, raced
three wide on the turn and safely secured the place while unable to
match the winner. MAL'S MAGIC was void of speed, saved ground on the
turn, angled out entering the stretch and was along for the show.
B'S PROSPECT was well placed behind the leading group, raced off the
rail on the turn, held a good striking position into the stretch but
came up empty. NEXT BIG THING was ridden along while off the pace,
moved closer while saving ground on the turn, steadied while blocked
from the quarter-pole to the three-sixteenths pole, shifted out
shortly thereafter then failed to rally. EMILIAS NIGHTDREAM was
reserved off the pace, moved closer while four wide on the turn but
also came up empty. MS JANUS moved up on the inside, drew even with
the leader near the half-mile pole, vied inside of that rival on the
turn and faded. |

|
KALYRRA was reluctant to load then fractious in the
gate, set the clear pace while off the rail, shook off PERFECT RUBY
when set down at the top of the stretch and drew off under strong
right hand urging. PERFECT RUBY raced three wide on the first turn,
was reserved off the pace, rallied four then three wide on the far
turn, made a bid entering the stretch but was turned away and proved
no match while just able to get the place. LUV MEADOW was well
placed on the inside, chased the leader on the far turn and was
outfinished by PERFECT RUBY for the place. MAL'S MAGIC lagged well
behind the field, came three wide into the stretch and failed to
threaten. CRAFTY GREY raced three wide on the first turn, settled
between rivals on the backstretch, was urged along while off the
rail on the far turn and came up empty. EDITOR'S BLAZE was unhurried
while off the rail, shifted three wide near the quarter-pole and
never reached contention. B'S PROSPECT raced five wide on the first
turn, settled on the outside down the backstretch, came up empty
while three wide early on the far turn and stopped.

| Race Summary |
|
DYNA'S GOLD LEGEND chased the pace on the outside,
ranged up while three wide on the turn, took the lead at the top of
the stretch and drew away while ridden out. ABILENA dueled on the
inside, dropped back near the three-eighths pole, was blocked
briefly passing the quarter-pole, shifted three wide into the
stretch and proved no match for the winner while able to secure the
place. LONESOME HILL was sent hard from the start, chased the pace
while off the rail, shifted four wide leaving the turn, lugged
inward in the stretch and earned the show while no match for the top
two. ALOTOFABILITY raced near the middle of the field, went four
wide on the turn and failed to rally. PREACHERS PET broke in the
air, raced well back in the field, went five wide on the turn and
improved position without threatening. HOLY STAR was reluctant to
load, dueled between rivals then inside of MS SOUTHERN FEALTY, vied
into the stretch and faded. MS SOUTHERN FEALTY dueled on the
outside, vied into the stretch and also faded. EXPECTAWINNER was
very hard held while well off the pace, raced off the rail on the
turn, lugged inward in the stretch and failed to threaten. ALOUD AND
SASSY raced well off the pace, went four wide on the turn and was no
factor. MAL'S MAGIC was void of speed, raced just off the rail on
the turn and was outrun. MISS MINT JULEP was urged along on the
inside and retreated while saving ground. SPARKLING ANGEL was off
slow, dropped well behind the field, drifted out at the top of the
stretch and trailed throughout. |

| Race Summary |
|
FINAL TRICK was jostled at the start, chased the
pace while three wide, battled determinedly in the stretch and wore
down COVERED IN CLOVER late under vigorous left hand urging. COVERED
IN CLOVER set the pace while off the rail, extended the lead in
upper stretch, remained clear into the final sixteenth but was
caught in the final strides. SHEZMORETHANREADY was away awkwardly,
chased the pace on the inside, saved ground into the stretch and
gave way. FANCIE raced towards the rear of the field, moved closer
while off the rail on the turn, steadied when blocked near the
quarter-pole then lacked the needed response. MISS MINT JULEP broke
inward at the start then was ridden along, raced three wide early on
the turn, shifted four wide near the five-sixteenths marker,
continued four wide into the stretch and tired. ABILENA lacked early
speed, raced off the rail on the turn and never reached contention.
IT'S VALID was urged along on the outside, raced four to five wide
on the turn and came up empty. I BELIEVE IN MUSIC raced off the
pace, saved ground on the turn and failed to threaten. HADLEY'S NOTE
was void of speed, saved ground on the turn and showed little. MAL'S
MAGIC broke inward and jostled with FINAL TRICK, raced three to four
wide on the turn and was outrun. |
