|
SHERIFF'S CHOICE was off a step slowly, moved up
wide between rivals into the stretch then ran down the leader in the
final furlong and edged clear. LUCKY ENCOUNTER rallied along the
inside to gain lead in upper stretch then was not quite good enough.
MADAME VERA was away in good order and responded well in the drive
for third. CALL HER LADY DAY rallied to loom a solid threat in the
final furlong but was not good enough. STORMY C'S raced within easy
striking distance but lacked a solid rally. BELLA BLU raced wide and
failed to threaten. PAM'S GOOD DEED chased for a half mile then
weakened in the drive. SHUG was outrun. WARM CLIMATE showed little.
THISLADYCANFLY sprinted clear to show the way for a half mile then
had nothing left. VALLEY GIRL was through early.

|
TRIPLEEXPECTATIONS moved to clear control off the
rail approaching the turn then widened with steady stretch
encouragement. CALL HER LADY DAY dropped back from a brief early
lead to stalk the pace inside, eased off the rail leaving the turn
and held on well for place while no threat to the winner. PAM'S GOOD
DEED steadied at the flanks of Yes Its True Shery early, saved
ground through the turn then leveled off in the lane. YES ITS TRUE
SHERY drifted inward early making contact with Believe I'm Great
past the nine sixteenths pole, continued giving chase about the
three path to the top of the lane but leveled off from there. RACHEL
HAY lacked room early, chased the pace nearing the turn, angled out
approaching the quarter pole and finished evenly outside. BELIEVE
I'M GREAT raced with the early pace after a sharp start, was pinched
back passing the nine sixteenths pole and was not a further factor.
DESINNER DEWINNER, a step slow to start, gave chase inside but tired
in the lane. |

SKI ENSIGN chased outside early, bid leaving the

to hold sway. SHERIFF'S CHOICE made a three wide middle move,
rallied four wide in the stretch to be second best but was no match
for the winner. CALL HER LADY DAY stalked the pace to the stretch
then weakened. CLASSIC LOVE pressed the pace then gave way. MOUNTAIN
SONG set a solid pace into the stretch then weakened. PHONE FLARE UP
failed to menace. JUDITHS VOW trailed. |

CALL HER LADY DAY broke well, set a moderate pace
inside then drew off when asked after a half and was ridden out to
prove clearly best. START QUACK'N made a middle move into the
stretch, was no match for the winner but saved the place. PEACEFUL
ACCORD was void of early speed then lodged a mild belated bid
outside. CALL ME MAMBO pressed the pace outside for a half then
faded. REPENT'S GEM chased early, bid after three furlongs then
flattened out. PURE HEAT was through early. TRIPLE TEASE stopped.

CONGA QUEEN away in good order, set the pace while
rating kindly along the inside, roused for the drive and held sway
late. VINDY forwardly placed just off the inside, set down firmly
for the drive, slowly getting to the winner late while remaining in
the two path. BLUEBIRD QUARTET within striking distance, brushed
through the stretch with QUICK TOWN, gained the nod over that one
for the show. QUICK TOWN off the pace, came five wide out of the
turn, brushed, missed the show. SHERIFF'S CHOICE lacked early foot,
swung out five wide out of the turn, made little impact in the
drive. TOOTIE MAMA went evenly throughout, four wide late turn. CALL
HER LADY DAY closest to the winner for a half, gave way in the
drive. KISS ME CHOCOLATE in a bit tight at the start, failed to
respond in the drive. HOT PISTOL was never involved. MONITA in tight
at the start, trailed throughout, distanced after losing contact
with the field. |

SHERIFF'S CHOICE unhurried early, came four wide
when set down out of the turn, closed well and was just up while all
out. CALL HER LADY DAY closest to the leader, challenged while
between foes, missed. STORMY SISTER broke alertly, soon got clear,
all the pace, could not last. TOOTIE MAMA off the pace, asked for
the drive, lacked a late kick. CLEAR CLIFFS last away, steadied late
in the turn when lacking room along the inside, moved out, came up
empty. MONITA lacked speed, checked late in the turn while along the
inside, not a threat in the drive. REMINICING ROSE tired in the
drive. BLOOMERS faded. |

SENTEBALE saved ground setting the pace and turned
back the challenge of BETTE TO WIN in the final furlong. KLONDIKE
MOON, never far back, closed well to run down rival late for second.
BETTE TO WIN prompted the two wide then loomed boldly a furlong out
but was not good enough. CALL HER LADY DAY showed speed from the
outset and lacked a solid rally. ROYAL HUMOR showed speed racing
along the inside rail then weakened. HEAVEN SENT was outrun.
