BARNETT SHALE was well placed while racing three
wide on the backstretch, rallied heading into the far turn then
dueled for the lead while two wide, was in a long drive in the
stretch and held sway in the end. BILLIE BLUE stalked the early pace
while inside, rallied on the far turn then made a bid three wide in
the stretch but hung in late stretch. BURBERRY BULLET dueled for the
lead while inside, was in a long drive then weakened on the far
turn. VALID ID. dueled for the lead while two wide on the run down
the backstretch, then was in a long drive while inside on the far
turn but faltered in the stretch drive. GENERAL HONORE was allowed
to settle on the backstretch, raced on the inside on the far turn
but was no menace in the stretch. BISCUIT SNATCHER was unhurried
early and no factor throughout. ORO RICO was four wide on the first
turn then was allowed to settle then faded throughout the far turn.

OUACHITA CREEK was tracking behind the early
leaders while three wide on the first turn, moved up in a
challenging position on the pace leaving the turn, continued to
contest the pace while three wide on the second turn, edged away
under a drive at the sixteenth pole and was a determined winner. FLY
SO OPEN was content to let the field advance ahead while two wide on
the first turn, made a move leaving the half mile, was five wide on
the second turn and continued a rally on the outside. BARNETT SHALE
was two wide while tracking the leaders on the first turn, made a
move to the lead nearing the half-mile pole, was two wide on the
second turn and could not match strides with the top two. TWO JAYS
SECRET was in a hurry to get to the lead before the first turn,
stayed along the rail through the second turn and tired. PEACEFUL
PROSPECT was four wide on the first turn, dropped down to the rail
for the second turn but fell short with a rally. PARADE FOR PEACE
broke outward at the start, rushed up to be six wide on the first
turn, was four wide on the second turn and had no kick. BARCLAY
DRIVE was three wide on the first turn raced midpack, three wide
second turn, no rally. AUDREY'S LAD was five wide in the first turn,
made a brief bid midway through the race and tired with
three-eighths to go. |

|
EYEFORGLORY moved to the early lead, set the
pace, was challenged midway through the turn, shook off TWO
JAYS SECRET in upper stretch and drew away under strong
urging. TWO JAYS SECRET was in tight midway down the
backstretch, moved out and chased the leader, made a bid
midway through the turn, battled into the final furlong and
proved no match for the winner while well clear for the place.
BARNETT SHALE steadied slightly near the five-eighths pole,
was ridden along while off the pace, raced off the rail on the
turn and safely secured the show. PEACEFUL PROSPECT was urged
along on the inside, saved ground on the turn and came up
empty. STONE COLD KITTY raced well off the pace and failed to
threaten. DRUMS OF THUNDER brushed with a rival at the start,
was urged along on the outside, raced five wide on the turn
and came up empty. ALPHABET RETURN bumped with a rival at the
start then was hustled, chased the pace, raced three wide on
the turn and tired. APPEALING AIR raced between rivals on the
backstretch, went four wide on the turn and had nothing left.
E BATE dropped back after the start, drifted five wide near
the quarter-pole and was outrun. EVIDENT brushed with a rival
at the start, was hard ridden and retreated.

BARNETT SHALE jostled with a rival at the start,
was well placed just off the pace, made a bid between rivals on the
far turn, battled with BARCLAY DRIVE in the stretch and proved best
under strong urging. BARCLAY DRIVE jostled with a rival at the
start, stalked the pace, made a bid on the far turn, battled with
BARNETT SHALE in the stretch and was outfinished while clear for the
place. HADACURE settled off the pace, was roused on the far turn and
failed to rally while best of the rest. BEAU NONI raced three wide
on the first turn, settled on the outside and failed to respond. MR
B SILVER SECRET raced three to four wide on the turns and was
outrun. ONE SLEET DEAL was sent hard from the start, set the pace,
lost the lead midway through the far turn and gave way.

SABINCIELO raced three wide on the first turn,
moved up midway down the backstretch, chased the leader on the far
turn, came four wide into the stretch, made a bid near the furlong
marker and inched clear under right hand urging. BARNETT SHALE was
rated behind the early leader, surged to the lead nearing the
half-mile pole, inched clear on the far turn, was challenged near
the furlong marker and outfinished while able to get the place. FLY
SO OPEN settled off the pace, was roused on the far turn, shifted
three wide near the quarter-pole and finished willingly for the
show. KEYSTONE CAT broke a bit slow, was unhurried towards the rear,
came four wide into the stretch and lacked the needed rally.
LADITUDE bumped with a rival at the start, set the pace under a good
hold, was surprised and lost the lead near the half-mile pole,
chased on the far turn, came three wide into the stretch and gave
way. CON CHAR bumped with a rival at the start, raced four wide on
the first turn, settled on the outside, went three to four wide on
the far turn, moved to five wide near the quarter-pole and came up
empty. LITTLEBITOFHOPE lagged at the rear of the field, saved ground
on the turns and was no factor. |

BEAU NONI broke a bit slow, raced three to four
wide on the first turn, settled on the outside in the front half of
the field, was urged along while three wide on the far turn, battled
determinedly through a long drive, drifted out late and got up under
strong urging. BRICK FIGHT set the pace through solid fractions,
responded well in the stretch but tired late and was denied. MR B
SILVER SECRET bumped with a rival after the start, lagged well back
in the field, raced three then four wide on the far turn, moved to
five wide near the quarter-pole and closed well but missed.
GOLDATWORK bumped with a rival after the start, settled off the
pace, raced three to four wide on the far turn and finished
willingly. BARNETT SHALE jostled with a rival after the start, raced
three wide on the first turn, settled near the back, shifted three
wide nearing the five-sixteenths pole and was no factor. GALWAY
COAST raced three to four wide on both turns and failed to threaten.
UNCLE ROSE jostled with a rival at the start, saved ground near the
back and showed little. UNCLE BUBBA raced three wide on the first
turn, tracked the leader on the outside, chased that rival on the
far turn and weakened. BIFF AMERICA was well placed on the inside,
saved ground into the stretch and came up empty. IRISH TUMBLEWEED
raced towards the front of the field, came up empty on the far turn
and retreated. |

EL PAJARETE chased the pace, made a bid on the far
turn, battled gamely with CLEAVERS HILL in the stretch and prevailed
under strong urging. EXCLUSIVE NIGHT lacked early speed, shifted six
wide entering the stretch and finished fast. CLEAVERS HILL set the
pace, battled gamely in the stretch but was outfinished. RIZZI MONEY
was reluctant to load, raced off the pace while hard ridden and
finished willingly. MITEYLIKEAROSE was hard ridden on the inside,
saved ground on the turn and lacked the needed kick. INDY FUN showed
no early speed, lacked room in upper stretch and reached his best
stride too late. BARNETT SHALE was ridden along while off the pace,
shifted five wide near the quarter-pole and failed to respond. GLASS
MACHINE was ridden along while off the pace, raced three wide on the
turn and came up empty. BIG SLEW raced three to four wide on the
turn and was outrun. APPEALING AIR was ridden along while off the

behind rivals and blocked nearing the quarter pole and waited for
clear racing room to mid stretch then angled out and split rivals in
mid stretch and powered to the front to prove best. CAPITAN JESS
vied for the early lead while racing five wide then was four wide on
the turn and gamely dug in throughout the stretch drive but was
outfinished in late stretch. EL MOJO was settled in the early going
then rallied five wide on the turn making a strong bid to mid
stretch but came up empty in the late stages. MARK OF SUCCESS vied
for the lead while inside, was hard used and weakened in the stretch
drive. TRU DANCING was unhurried early then started a run on the
turn while four wide and closed ground in the stretch but was too
late. GALWAY COAST vied for the early lead while three wide then
dropped back off the pace on the turn and lacked a late response in
the stretch. KINGS CATEGORY vied for the early lead while four wide
then was between rivals on the turn, was in a long drive and
faltered in the stretch. SHAKE A LAKE was settled and raced on the

the backstretch, rallied on the far turn and angled out to be three
wide for the stretch drive and drew off in late stretch. PUT BACK
THE GOLD was unhurried early then rallied on the far turn, swung out
to be four wide in mid stretch and closed willingly in late stretch
to be up for the place. CACHEMASSA CREEK set the pace while being
well handled, was in a long drive then weakened in mid stretch.
GENERAL HONORE chased the early pace while racing three wide then
made a strong bid on the far turn to gain a slim lead then weakened
in late stretch. SUPRIZED ME was void of early speed then made a
mile rally while three wide in the stretch but was no threat.
KNIGHTS LAST CAST was allowed to settle in the early going then made
a three wide bid on the far turn then was no threat. MAJESTIC TREE
raced three wide on the backstretch then made a bid on the far turn
then faltered in the stretch. FRED'S DAY pressed the early pace
while inside, was used up and stopped. ANEWCAT was through after a
half and stopped then was distanced in the stretch.

GRAND PICTURE was unhurried early then started a
run on the far turn and came out to be three wide for the stretch
drive, was in a full stride and powered to the front in late stretch
to prove best. PUT BACK THE GOLD dueled for the lead while two wide,
was in a long sustained drive then gamely dug in throughout the
stretch drive and came again in late stretch but was outfinished in
the end. BARNETT SHALE was allowed to settle early then rallied on
the far turn while two wide, was in a strong drive to gain a slim
lead in mid stretch but hung in late stretch. LEAFY'S SHOTGUN dueled
for the lead while inside, was in a long hard drive then weakened in
the stretch drive. RACIN EXPRESS was unhurried early and no threat
throughout while finding some late foot in the stretch. IMA FIVE
STAR was unhurried early then failed to menace. SILENT ALERT chased
the early pace while inside, was through after a half and stopped.
KNIGHTS LAST CAST trailed throughout and was outrun.

DE ICE CAT stalked the pace while racing four wide
on the run down the backstretch, rallied on the far turn while five
wide then was in a strong drive and was along in time to prove best.
RARE FLYER was unhurried early then rallied five wide on the far
turn, angled inside in upper stretch and was gaining ground and
finished strong while between rivals. BARNETT SHALE was well placed
while racing four wide on the backstretch, rallied on the far turn
and was in a sustained drive on the outside to put a head in front
but could not last in late stretch. SILENT ALERT set a pressured
pace from the inside, was in a long hard drive throughout the
stretch drive but tired in late stretch. TYLER B was unhurried early
and saving ground throughout, was inside then blocked and steadied
off heels in upper stretch and angled out side in mid stretch to
closed well in the late stages. SUPRIZED ME was settled early while
racing two wide, was in tight quarters in upper stretch then failed
to menace in the stretch. IKESTER was settled early then rallied
three wide on the far turn then flattened out in the stretch drive.
GENERAL HOG pressed the pace while racing three wide, was hard used
and weakened in the stretch drive. GENERAL HONORE was settled and
saving ground throughout then moved up the inside in the stretch but
raced evenly in the drive. THUNDERING CLOUDS was unhurried early and
was no threat. MERNNEEDSASHOOTER pressed the early pace while
between rivals, was used up then was in tight quarters in upper
stretch and stopped in the stretch. |

forwardly into stretch, came off rail, responded to steady urging to
take command and drew off in late going. LOVE LIBERTY chased pace
throughout, responded well in drive but unable to match strides
winner in late going in a game effort. ALBERT W. was never far back
along rail, came off rail into stretch, finished with a mild belated
rally. SUSHI JOE set pace along rail to top stretch, tired. CONGO
BAY well back for half while racing along inside, finished with a
solid belated rail rally. BENGAL TRADER stalked pace from start, in
close attendance entering stretch, gave way in drive. BARNETT SHALE
raced in middle of pack, had no rally when asked. MAN OF MEN failed
to menace. TOOCOOLTOBEFORGOTN forwardly positioned outside rivals
for half, gave way. GUINNESS CHARLIE along inside and never a
factor. WACO HUG never threatened. LASTING FREEDOM raced wide and
always outrun. |

ARISTOCRATIC contested the pace on the inside, vied into the final furlong and was outfinished while clear for the place. BARNETT SHALE raced three wide on the first turn, was well placed behind the leaders, chased three wide on the far turn and came up empty while best of the rest. GAMBLING WOLFE settled off the pace, moved closer while saving ground on the far turn but had nothing left. FIRE UP THE BELL was obstreperous in the gate then broke awkwardly, lagged at the rear of the field while saving ground and trailed. |

BARNETT SHALE went straight to the lead, controlled
the pace while off the rail, raced three wide on the far turn, was
set down near the quarter-pole and held sway under good handling.
WHEEL MAN was caught four wide on the first turn, stalked the pace
while under a very tight hold, raced four wide on the far turn, made
a bid passing the quarter-pole, was turned away in the stretch and
settled for the place. RODEO BANDIT raced three wide on the first
turn, lagged at the rear of the field, was roused near the
seven-sixteenths pole, moved closer while three wide on the far
turn, dropped to one off the rail near the quarter-pole and lacked
the needed response. MR. FRANKS settled off the pace, dropped back
entering the far turn, came three wide into the stretch and failed
to menace. STEVEN'S MARK was rated on the inside, came under a ride
while continuing to save ground on the far turn and dropped out.

LEEWAY dueled on the outside, edged clear with
three furlongs to run, responded well in the stretch and held gamely
under strong left hand urging. MARY'S GRAY BOY stumbled at the start
but recovered quickly, chased the pace near the inside, saved ground
on the turn, moved out at the top of the stretch, chased the winner
in the final furlong and was only second best. BARNETT SHALE dueled
between rivals then on the inside of LEEWAY, dropped back near the
three-eighths pole, chased the winner through the turn and weakened
while able to hold the show. BOGEYBEAR dropped back while urged
along, raced three then four wide on the turn and failed to rally.
PRIMED PIONEER jostled with a rival at the start, was ridden along
on the outside, moved closer while four wide on the turn but came up
empty. CROOK'S STINGER leaned in at the start then was shut-off,
raced at the rear of the field, went four then five wide on the turn
and failed to threaten. GAMBLING WOLFE bumped with a rival at the
start, raced well off the pace, went three wide while between rivals
on the turn and was no factor. JUST JONESIN was ridden along on the
outside, raced three wide on the turn and tired. GIVETHEBALLTOROLF
lacked early speed, hesitated leaving the turn and never reached
contention. CAPTAIN ABOVE settled on the inside and saved ground to
no avail. CHARLES EDWIN was void of speed, saved ground on the turn,
was blocked behind rivals in the stretch and also was no factor.
STORM SEARCH pressed the pace, came up empty on the turn and
retreated. GET THE MONEY JAKE jostled with a rival at the start,
dropped well off the pace, raced three to four wide on the turn and
failed to respond. |

|
I SPY WOLFIE was well placed while racing inside,
went up to be in a long drive on the turn and battled for the lead,
drew off in mid stretch then was kept to strong urging while holding
sway in the end. FILET GUMBO stalked the early pace while racing
three wide, rallied on the turn and made a strong bid to mid stretch
then came up empty in late stretch but was second best. BARNETT
SHALE dueled for the early lead while two wide then dropped back
going into the turn and raced three wide on the turn, came again in
upper stretch making a bid but flattened out in deep stretch.
JOANIE'S TUNNEL was hustled along to get good position while inside
going into the turn then raced evenly in the stretch. BANQUO was
bumped at the start then was unhurried early, made a mild rally in
the stretch while being no threat. SNIFTERS SPIRIT raced three wide
on the run down the backstretch then three wide on the turn and was
no factor. HIGH N TIGHT was on the inside on the turn and saved
ground then was no threat in the stretch drive. AXEL PEGASUS dueled
for the early lead while inside on the backstretch, was two wide on
the turn while still dueling for the lead but was hard used and gave
way in the stretch drive. COUNTRY LEGEND was outrun.

|
BARNETT SHALE chased the pace while inside and
saved ground on the turn then rallied two wide in the stretch and
drew off in late stretch. CRUSADER'S CHOICE was settled then saved
ground on the turn, rallied in the stretch to finished well. SENECA
STREET was unhurried early then saved ground on the turn then angled
out three wide in mid stretch and made a mild gain in late stretch.
DOCTOR KNOX raced three wide on the turn then rallied strongly to
mid stretch but came up empty in the end. SCOTTS BISQUIT raced five
wide on the turn then rallied to mid stretch and flattened out in
late stretch. CAPTAIN CAPROCK was unhurried early then raced two
wide on the turn and made a mild rally in the stretch. CUSTOM CAT
was unruly in the post parade then was sent right to the front to
set the pace, was used up and stopped in the stretch. TEXAS TYCOON
was between rivals then taken up sharply in the middle of the
backstretch then bore out on the turn and was no factor. COLD DAWN
was hustled along to press the early pace while three wide, was used
up and stopped. TOOGIE MAN ducked in at the start then raced four
wide on the turn and was no factor. TURK'S CAT ducked in at the
start then raced three wide on the turn and was no factor. KRIS'S
IMPULSE showed brief foot and stopped on the turn.
